Cancellation Policy.
1. Studio Cancellation for GS Members
Members may cancel their reservations for Studio 1 up to 72 hours before the reserved time without losing their “credit”.
2. Cancellations for Studio Hire
Cancellations for Studio 1 or 2 hire must be made a week in advance to be eligible for a refund.
2. Membership Cancellation
Monthly membership plans must be cancelled with a 30-day written notice to avoid charges for the following billing cycle.
Annual memberships cancelled before the end of the term are non-refundable unless specified under exceptional circumstances (e.g., relocation or medical reasons).
3. Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Any applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from the refund amount.

Guest Policy for Grecian Studios
At Grecian Studios, we value a collaborative and welcoming environment. To ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for all members and their guests, the following guest policy has been established:
Guest Registration:
Guests must be registered upon arrival in the guest log book, including name contact information etc.
The hosting member is required to accompany their guest during the visit.
Guest Access:
Guests are permitted during regular operating hours only.
Guests are restricted to common areas unless expressly authorized by the hosting member and co-working space staff.
Guest Behaviour:
Guests must adhere to the same standards of behaviour as members, including respect for others, cleanliness, and noise levels.
Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct by guests may result in removal from the premises and possible suspension of guest privileges for the hosting member.
Office and Studio Use:
Guests may not use workstations, studios, or equipment unless explicitly accompanies by the hosting member.
Kitchen and break out area open to guest use.
Liability:
The hosting member assumes full responsibility for their guest(s) and any damages or issues caused during their visit.
Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations while on the premises.
By inviting guests, members agree to comply with this policy and help maintain a harmonious environment for everyone. Violations may lead to restrictions or penalties.

Health and Safety Policy
1. Statement of Intent
Grecian Studios is committed to providing a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all members, guests, studio hirers, and staff. We aim to prevent accidents and health hazards by adhering to best practices in safety management.
2. Responsibilities
Operator (Hollowell Limited):
Maintain the premises in a safe condition.
Provide and regularly review health and safety procedures.
Ensure emergency systems (fire alarm, extinguishers) are in working order.
Display necessary health and safety signage.
Members, Hirers, and Guests:
Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others.
Comply with Grecian Studios' safety procedures and policies.
Report hazards or incidents immediately to hello@grecianstudios.co.uk.
3. Risk Assessment
Risk assessments are reviewed regularly and cover:
Fire safety
Electrical equipment safety
Trip and slip hazards
Overcrowding or improper use of space
Safe use of any shared amenities (kitchen, toilets)
A full risk assessment log is kept on file and updated annually or as necessary.
4. Emergency Procedures
Fire Exit Plans are displayed at key locations.
Fire drills are carried out at least once every 12 months.
Fire extinguishers are located near exits and in studios; do not block access.
In the event of an emergency, evacuate immediately and assemble outside at the designated point on Grecian Crescent.
Dial 999 for emergency services. Notify staff or contact hello@grecianstudios.co.uk immediately.
5. First Aid
A First Aid Kit is available in the shared kitchen.
Any injury, however minor, must be reported.
In case of serious injury, call 999.
6. Cleanliness and Hygiene
All users are expected to keep their areas tidy and clean up after themselves.
Communal areas are cleaned weekly by the operator.
All spills must be cleaned promptly to prevent slips.
7. Equipment and Tools
Any personal equipment brought in must be PAT tested where required.
Grecian Studios accepts no liability for damage or malfunction of personal tools or equipment.
8. Covid-19 and Communicable Diseases
Members and hirers should not attend the premises if feeling unwell with symptoms of a contagious illness.
Hand sanitiser is provided at key points.
9. Incident Reporting
All incidents, near misses, or hazards must be reported via email: hello@grecianstudios.co.uk with as much detail as possible. A log of all reports is maintained by the operator.
10. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually or following any major change to the premises, services, or legal guidance.

Pet Policy
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for everyone, we kindly ask all members and visitors to follow our pet policy:
Pet Eligibility:
Only domesticated pets, such as dogs and cats, are allowed. Exotic or wild animals are not permitted.
Pets must be well-trained, non-aggressive, and comfortable in a social environment.
Pets with a history of biting or aggressive behaviour are not permitted.
Vaccination and Health:
Pets must be fully vaccinated, and members must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations upon request.
Pets must be clean, free of fleas or ticks, and in good health when visiting the space.
Supervision and Control:
Pets must remain under the direct supervision of their owner at all times.
Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier, unless in designated pet-friendly areas.
Owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
Behaviour Expectations:
Pets must be well-behaved and not disrupt others (e.g., excessive barking, growling, or roaming).
If a pet exhibits disruptive behaviour, the owner may be asked to remove the pet from the premises.
Cleanliness:
Owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in designated bins.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, including desks and chairs, unless covered with a pet blanket.
Allergy and Comfort Considerations:
Pet owners must respect the needs of coworkers with allergies, fears, or other concerns related to pets.
In case of disputes, the comfort of all Members will be prioritized.
Designated Pet Areas:
Certain areas of the co-working space may be designated as pet-free zones. Pets are not allowed in kitchens or food preparation areas.
Liability:
Owners agree to take full responsibility for their pets and release Grecian Studios from any liability related to their pets.
By bringing your pet to Grecian Studios, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension of pet privileges.
