Recognizing the challenges of finding a of community, we have transformed an old Post Office sorting office into an inspiring co-working space suitable for artists, photographers, and other creatives. What does the membership include?

•  A permanent desk in the office area

• 2 days per calendar month usage of Studio 1 (43 sq. m.)

• Use of kitchen and breakout area

What is in the kitchen and breakout area?

There is a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, 2 person sofa, 4 person table.

What is in the Office area?

The office is a space for quiet desk work. With electric external shutters it is possible to regulate the light levels down to blackout if necessary.

How big are the desks?

The desks are 120cm wide and 80cm deep.

Is there any storage space in the Office area?

There are some open shelves that you may use.

How big is Studio 1?

It is 43 sqm, with a ceiling height of 3.4 meters. It is 6.9m by 6.2m.

Does Studio 1 have external access?

Studio 1 has an external door measuring: Height 109cm, Width 201cm.

Are there any basic bits of studio equipment already in situ?

Yes, the following items are available for use: Cambo 9ft camera stand, Manfrotto Superboom, poly boards, work trolley, folding table 140cm by 70cm.

Is there lockable storage?

Yes lockable storage of approximately 0.7m3 is provided. This is located in Studio 1 behind the black metal doors. The dimensions are (2x): Width 59cm, Height 58cm, Depth 102cm. In total this is equivalent to 700 litres of secure storage. Padlocks are not provided.

What are the operating hours of the building?

9am – 6pm.

Can I get separate invoices for the day rates of the Studio?

Yes.

Can I book additional studio time?

Members can book additional Studio time at the rates listed on the website.

How does access work and who is responsible for locking up?

Members have their own key fob, and are responsible for locking / unlocking and alarming and disarming the alarm system when entering first or leaving the building last.

Can I use the building as my registered address?

Yes, there is an annual charge of £80 plus V.A.T.

Is there parking available on-site?

There are 3 off street available parking bays, Grecian Crescent is also free parking and usually has available parking.

How are payments taken?

Membership fees will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Invoices for the rental of Studio 1 and Studio 2 outside of Membership credits will be invoice separately.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed, but at the discretion of the Operator.

Are children allowed?

Children are allowed on the premises, but at the discretion of the Operator.
