Grecian Studios serves as a vibrant hub for professionals in the creative industries. The space has 3 different offerings:

What are the features of the Studios?

Is there a kitchenette?

Studio 1 has a kitchenette with various appliances e.g. fridge, dishwasher, microwave

Studio 2 shares a kitchen with the Studio Share side of the building.

Is there a changing room?

Studio 1 has a changing room, it measures.

Studio 2 shares a bathroom with the Studio Share side of the building.

Is there a bathroom?

Studio 1 has its own bathroom.

Studio 2 shares a bathroom with the Studio Share side of the building.

How big is Studio 1?

It is 66 sqm. Width 6.8m, length 9.7m. The ceiling height is 3.4m.

What are the dimensions of the external door?

The studio is accessed from the NW corner of the building either by a step or by using a ramp. There are 2 large double doors which allow large items to be easily loaded and unloaded into the building. You can drive a large van right up to the step that leads into the studio.

The dimensions of the door are: 208cm wide and 231 cm tall

How big is Studio 2?

It is 43 sqm. Width 6.9, length 6.2m. Ceiling height of 3.4 meters.

Studio 2 has an external door measuring: Height 109cm, Width 201cm.

Are there any basic bits of studio equipment already in situ?

Yes there are various key items available for use in the studio. These include: sandbags, polyboards

The following items are also available for use, but must be booked in advance, on a first come first serve basis: Cambo 9ft camera stand, Manfrotto Superboom, poly boards, work trolley.

Are there any tables?

There are 3 work tables that are available for use. 2 are allocated to Studio 1 and 1 table is allocated for use in Studio 2.  They are folding tables, on wheels, that measure 140cm by 70cm.

What are the operating hours of the building?

9am – 6pm. Please note we are located in a Residential area.

What rate is overtime?

This is charged at £150 plus V.A.T. per hour

What is the maximum capacity of people per Studio?

Studio 1 can accommodate up to 15 people. Studio 2 can accommodate up to 8 people. Please note these are Studios are not suitable for use as Live Venues.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes. For Studio 1 this is £83 plus VAT. For Studio 2 this is £41 plus VAT. For both Studios its £125 plus VAT.

How does access work and who is responsible for locking up?

A staff member will be on-site to open the space for you in the morning. You are responsible for closing doors behind you as you leave at the end of the day.

Is there parking available on-site?

There are 3 off street available parking bays, Grecian Crescent is also free parking and usually has available parking.

How do I book the space?

Navigate to the Book Now button in the Header of our website. This will take you to our booking page.

How are payments taken?

You need to pay for the Studio Hire in advance. Once you have booked using our booking system we will email you an invoice for payment.

Do you need to take a deposit?

Yes, the  deposit is £500, taken on a credit card either in advance or on the day.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed, but you must obtain permission ahead of time from the Operator.

Are children allowed?

Children are allowed on the premises, but you must obtain permission ahead of time from the Operator.
